描述

Slc6a3基因編碼多巴胺轉運蛋白(DAT),通過調節多巴胺從神經突觸的再吸收,成為介導多巴胺能神經傳遞的主要調節因子。在該品系中,Cre重組酶的表達受Slc6a3啟動子的控制。當與兩側含有loxP位點序列的品系雜交時,Cre介導的重組導致Slc6a3表達的細胞中兩側loxp間序列的缺失。
